My Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 doesn't work-

I did a system restore the other day and it won't work.
I tried to reinstall it but when I tried to get the computer to add it, it couldn't find it wirelessly.
I had the blinking light so the mouse was fine.
Is there a settting that I can change to fix
this or is there another way around to reinstalling it? thanks

Open Action Center by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.
