i was using an account with administrator memership on a windows 7 PC
when I tried to uninstall a improperly installed office xp, I get something like

when I tried installing office xp with custom install to run all fro, my computer, I get after entering the software key

I looked under local policy edition, I failed to see any setting to reverse the above
