Missing MFC71.dll for Win7 32-bit
I am trying to load a demo version of software and it says it is missing the MFC71.DLL and I have a Windows 7, 32-bit operating system. I am unable to start the installation of the downloaded executable until this is installed. My research has seen mixed
reviews whether this should be downloaded from just any site. This computer was originally a Vista operating system and I had it redone to Windows 7 a few months ago and am wondering if it is missing because of this.

I was installing a standalone version of JDEdwards (an Oracle ERP software package) and I did run it as Administrator (right click selecton). Yes, it is compatible with Windows 7. A few months ago I had my laptop upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 and our
computer technician saved and renamed my old C:\Windows folder as C:\Windows.OLD so I was able to locate the DLL needed from there and copied it to the C:\Windows\system32 folder and have successfully loaded the software a few minutes ago.

- Open Internet Explorer.
- Go to "Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab".
- Uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions".
- Click "Apply".
- Reboot your computer.
