Hi I am running Windows 7 and been having trouble getting Itunes to recognise my ipod but it does appear as a removable drive with its name on the  drives screen.
In an attempt to resolve the problem I have gone to the Device Manager to see what was installed
and the list is empty.
Any ideas thank you
