If statement with 2 criteria requirements

Hope I can get some help here

I have col N which has parts and Col C that has a term (SPT,SUB,LIC,INSTALL)

I need to do a Vlookup that says if Col N and Col C in worksheet 1 equal Col A and Col B in worksheet 2 show corresponding cell D4 on worksheet 2

I know how to do a single Vlookup with single criteria but how do you do it with 2 requirements
