I am having troubles updating my windows vista. I get the error code 8E5E03FA.
This is an example of the error message I received for one of my updates:

I have gone through command prompt to stop and then start my windows update program as I was getting the error message previously saying it could not install my updates because there were other updates being installed. I have had this problem for several
monthes now and restarting the program has not helped. Any other suggestions??

- Open CMD as Administrator by Simply Right Clicking on Start button > Command Prompt (Admin).
- Now Type or Copy paste "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth" and hit Enter,
- Now again Type or Copy paste this "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and hit Enter.
- Close the Command Prompt Window because we are done.
