merging spreadsheets in excel 2003

I need to merge a piece of a spreadsheet,"sales recap", into a master spreadsheet.  Both spreadsheets have the same headings but the sales recap has just a section of the data.  I will want columns a:k to be copied into the master from Sales Recap by matching
a market id number and leave the data to the right of column k alone.

To merge, workbooks has to be shared.
Create a copy of the files you are working on and try to 'Merge' after you have shared the workbooks.
Also the  workbooks should have different names and should remain in one folder.
