lost bluetooth, webcam, and possibly other items
i am using a vista home premium with my sony vaio.
i recently lost the bluetooth icon which i used to have on the right side down of my screen.
i also cannot open my webcam which i just used the other day and now it says camera cannot be found.
my windows
media player cannot play files which i used to play before.

Do you know if there were any changes to your system, such as updates or added software/hardware that may have caused conflicts with the Bluetooth and the webcam? When was the last time they were working properly? Try performing a
System Restore to resolve the issue.

Boot in Safe Mode:
- Open Run command as previously described
- Type MSConfig
- Click on Boot tab
- Tick Safe boot in Boot option
- Select Network
- Click Apply and OK
- Reboot your system
Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
