This msg keeps poppin out at da startup, it probably happened after i got a
trojan but i ve already removed it with bitdefender.
Anyway, i need help fixin dis issue, specially that system restore has always been failin since, n i can t do a clean
reinstallation coz i only have hp recovery discs that will only make a
clean (not
upgrade) installation.

This was a virus.
It was removed from Bitdefender, but the registry entries are still present.

Open regedit.exe and search for sshnas21.dll and delete all entries you find.

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
• On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
• Restart your system.
