Cannot get Atheros ZD1211 WLAN USB 2.0 to work on Win 7. Is there a later version driver for WIN 7?

Windows Update states that I have the latest driver for this device but I am getting a Code 31 message that the driver I have is not working correctly.  anyone know how to fix this?
