Computer freezing problem

About once or twice a day, my computer freezes and starts making weird sounds.
When that happens i have to restart my computer and i get the option to boot in safe mode etc.
After a while i figured out that hamachi was causing this, i uninstalled it and
the problem was gone for 2 days.
Now i'm getting it again even tho i don't have hamachi anymore.
