Computer always start in safe mode

I've got a macbookair thats running windows7, after an incorrect shutdown clicked s"start in safe mode" by mistake.
Now, it is running extremely slow (ca.
10 seconds for mouse to move from one side of the screen to the other).
When I correctly restart, or
shutdown and start again, it keeps coming up in safemode...any ideas how to fix this?

The computer starts in safe mode and is working slow.

Computer would start in safe mode if the safe mode boot option is checked in the system configuration utility.

To uncheck the boot option:
Method 1:
To disable it:

a. Click start, type msconfig.exe and hit enter
b. Now click the boot tab and uncheck the safe mode option.

Method 2: Run the performance troubleshooter

Method 3: Clean boot

When the computer is started in clean boot, non Microsoft programs will not be started and any interruption from them would be avoided.

Note: Once you are done with clean boot, follow step 3 in the article to set your computer back to normal startup.

Note: If in case you are connected through a wireless connection then when you start the System Configuration Utility to perform clean boot, click Startup & Services tab one at time and ensure wireless related entry is Checked (Enabled).

Run CHKDSK
