Cannot download a game

I cannot download a game from Big Fish .
I was told to white list these: -- bfgclient.exe, - bfgprocess.exe, bfggameservices.exe.  I just bought a new laptop computer and have Microsoft Security Essencials on it.  Please explain how to do this.
