Cannot Access My MS Office Live URL on the Internet

My name is Richard Stone and I own the website
www.rscustomrods.com.  I redelegated this website from Yahoo to MS Office Live over a year ago.  The domain expired on MS Office Live, without notice, but has been renewed.  I still cannot access the website and am told that the primary and secondary domain
name servers don't point to ns1/ns2.officelive.com.  I cannot change this.  See more detail below.  HELP!

www.rscustomrods.com does not work.  However, I see that the website is still there under the default MS Office Live name of
http://rscustomrods.sports.officelive.com

When I logon to the admin account for the rscustomrods website (the ID is
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), I see that rscustomrods.sports.officelive.com
is the "Primary - Active" domain.  When this is the primary domain, I can see the website when I enter this URL.  When I change this to make
rscustomrods.com the "Primary - Active" domain, some other page is displayed.  I then changed the "Primary - Active" back to
rscustomrods.sports.officelive.com .

There is some confusion as to the registrar of this domain.  Over a year ago we re-delegated the
www.rscustomrods.com URL from Yahoo to Microsoft Office Live.  We've been told that Yahoo owns our domain, and I believe that is incorrect.  When I attempt to re-direct our domain to Microsoft Office Live, then I get this message (see below). 
Clearly you still own the domain.
 
This domain is already registered with Microsoft Office Live.
Please check your spelling and try again.

In the mail below you asked us to logon to Melbourn IT and update the primary and secondary host names with ns1.officelive.com and ns2.officelive.com respectively.  When we access Melbourne IT, and click on the "Manage Domain Names" link,
we get the following message.
 
No Data Available
We do not have any information to display.
If you believe this is an error please
contact our support team.

 
If you wish, logon to Melbourne IT with an ID of "rscustomrods", and a password of "herman", to verify the above error message.

When I do a Domain Name Lookup on whois.net, I see the following.  I can clearly see that both name servers are incorrect, but as you can see above (in item #4) we can't change this from the Melbourne IT website.  Also, it appears that Mr.
Stones personal information has been replaced with another address in Washington, and with a phone number that we don't recognize.

I have built over a dozen websites using MS Office Live including rscustomrods.com.  I know that Melbourne IT is the registrar for ALL of the websites that I've built using Microsoft Office Live.  I don't understand why your
office can't contact Melbourne IT on or behalf to correct the name server issues since Microsoft already has a business relationship with Melbourne IT.

I think you are a bit confused about domain registrants and hosting providers.

This is a global forum for Internet Explorer.

Australia is not a supported country by Office Live (http://smallbusiness.officelive.com/en-us/Worldwide)

The people who answer questions here are either MS Support Engineers for Internet Explorer or volunteers or enthusiasts with no direct contact with Office support or knowledge of their products and services.
(MS is a very, very big company)

As I said Melbourne IT (or whoever you paid your $20 domain name regerstant fee to) should be able to fix you up with a 10 minute free phone call.

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
