Spreadsheet with formulas and macros not downloading right.

I have a spreadsheet online with formulas, macros, logo image, etc.
The spreadsheet downloads fine from my web server within our domain.
But outside of our domain (we use a hosting site), the spreadsheets downloads as corrupted.
Excel in the visitor's
desktop shows an error message that FileName.xls cannot be accessed.
The file maybe read-only, or you may be trying to access a read-only location.
Or, the server the document is stored on may not be responding.
The optioins of the error dialog box are Retry
or Cancel.
Cancel, yields an option to recover the file; once open, the file is missing worksheets, formulas, colors, image objects, etc.
Any idea?
