Hi

I am using windows 7 before windows 8.
In windows 7 I used windows xp's hyper-terminal software for connecting usb-serial controller.
I also used the driver provided by microsoft via windows update and it worked fine.

However in windows 8 even if driver installed it doesnt work.
And also it shows driver not installed. 

Driver: pl-2303 driver serial port driver.

The above driver worked for xp/vista/7. 

So is there any new driver for usb serial controller?
