I have a traffic light system (red Yellow Green) of percentage in 3 cells
 


Green
Amber
Red


>=85%
65%-84%
<=64%


 
Which relate to a score out of 120 and converts to a percentage score.

 
The percentage score cell needs to change colour automatically when the score out of 120 is inserted and converted to a percent score.

Conditional Format.
Formula 1:
=AND(ISNUMBER(B2),B3>=0.85)
Format green
Formula 2:
=AND(ISNUMBER(B2),B3>=0.65)
Format amber
Formula 1:
