My windows keep fading and i have to click on them again to scroll or type?

My windows keep fading and i have to click on them again to scroll or type? Its like i click off the window and onto another one but the computer does it for me, every once in a while ill have to click back onto the page im on just so i can type of scroll
up and down?
Does anybody know what this is? Or how i can stop it? Its really annoying (just did it then)
