Backup Dual boot Win7 + Win server 2008 r2
Hi,
On my laptop I have installed Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 in Dual boot.
I was wondering if I could backup (image) these OS's at the same time.
Can I create one WIM file with boot os'es or is this not possible?
Lookin forward to a reply !
Jason

I would look into a third party Image Backup solution since you have Server 2008 R2 installed.
Norton Ghost for instance can make a "Cold" image as well as a traditional Imge Backup of your partitions (which most likely includes a small hidden 100MB 'System,Reserved'
partition).
Norton Ghost version 15 - has a 30 day trial available
http://www.symantec.com/norton/ghost
Supports: CDR/RW, DVD+-R/RW, Blu-Ray devices,USB and FireWire® (IEEE 1394) devices,Iomega® Zip® and Jaz® drives
(Note: Trial does not allow you to create a Bootable Restore CD which you will need to restore the image)

Acronis True Image 2011 - has a fully functional 30 day trial version available,
(Note: Install Acronis and then create a bootable Restore/Rescue Media CD before you start creating your first image backup)
