All my replies to emails jump into font 10. I need to make font 12 as default and it only allows me to do so manually in each email going out.

Anytime I respond to an email (regardless in what font it came in), it does so in font 10.
I would like to make font 12 my default on any of my outgoing emails.
Any suggestions?
