After updating my pavilion dv5 HP laptop running on windows 7 ultimate, I found it's wireless adapter radio turned off, trouble-shooting is difficult to turn on the wireless as I touched it many times but it won't turn on.

2. Under the C: drive, access the WINDOWS folder
