After restart pop up comes up Windows Script host-"Can't find script engine "VB Script" for script"C\windows\system22\GfxCUtserviceInstall.vbs"-what's this and how to fix?

It only pops up after shutting down and restart.  I don't think I am receiving regular Windows updates even though I have enabled this feature.  This is a brand new little laptop, so I am discouraged to be having problems already.  Any help appreciated.
