I am having trouble creating our letterhead on statements created by our CRM software.
 
The document itself is a two page document and the headers and footers have been set to "Different Off & Even Pages" if I place the required headers and footers on each page along with a quick parts text box on the 1st page the document looks as I had hoped.
 
The issue is appearing when we actually go to generate multiple statements from this document.  The CRM software puts them all in one word document so if we were sending out 5 statements to seperate clients the document would appear on the screen as a 10
page document with the first statement being pages 1 - 2 and so on.
 
The problem is it doesn't keep the setting "Different Odd & Even Pages" and it also doesn't enable "Link to Previous" so if I go live with the current configuration users would have to go through the whole document linking the previous header/footer and
ticking "Different Odd & Even Pages".
 
Is there a way around this? 
 
I am going to contact our CRM provider and check if it uses a default word template for compiling the merge and see if I can change the header/footer settings in this.
 
I would also like to know if this is the recommended way to go about achieving our goal of sending out documents so they look like our letterhead.
 
I cannot change the word template to have the images as majority of our documents, statements included are still sent by post.
 
The address is also placed on the document via a Quick Parts so again is this the best way?  Users would have to go to each odd page and isnert the address, I was thinking of looking into writing a macro to do this but wanted to make sure this is the best
way to apply the address first.
