How to Fix Problem - After setting up the home group and sharing a printer the remote Win7 still cannot print.?

After setting up the home group and sharing a printer the remote Win7 still cannot print.

Windows 7 home group printing problem.
Print queu stuck

I've seen several printing problems with home group with the same answer from Microsoft.
The problem is that after setting up the home group and sharing a printer the remote Win7 still cannot print.
The print job shows up in the print queu of both the
remote system and the sharing system.
However the sharing system ( where the printer has been shared) is not releasing the print job to the printer.
It's like the spoiler is stuck

I went into Services and restarted the print spoiler which will then send the print job to the printer.
In my case I did have this working before.
I had to reinstall windows on the remote system due to a bad virus.
Only 2 things have changed on the 2
systems.
On the remote system I updated Win7 to use SP1.
I haven't made that change on the sharing computer.
The second change I made was removing the MSFT virus package which allowed the virus and installed Kaspersky on both systems

I will try to make some adjustments to the Kaspersky software to see if that has any bearing.
I will next try to upgrade sharing pc to Win7 SP1.

I would like MSFT to recognize that there is a problem and not just direct people to the same 2 help pages that are worthless in solving this issue
